For your reference here is a link to the text of the contract between the student, mentor and the ČVUT Media lab, which is required by law to pay your scholarship. To create the Contract use this form or click at the button below and fill-in all the required information. Upon submitting the form a print ready pdf contract will be mailed to you. Print three copies, one for ČVUT Medialab, one for the mentor and one for the student.
